Itinerary description

Long and demanding itinerary that it starts from Valle dell'Adige, Ceraino, Chiusa, Monte Pastello until its peak, to descend from northern slope until Dolce, to go back to an old cycle lane in Ceraino. The initial climb, not demanding, is between two forts: Forte di Ceraino (o Hlawaty) and Forte di Monte (o Mollinary), unfortunately abandoned; from here you will follow the road sings CAI for some hundreds meters, and it diverts on the right until reaching Croce in pietra del Pastello and the top over 1100m.

From here, Lessinia upland has vast dimensions, it seems like without confines, a part of toward North because there are the Carega's peaks. Valle dell'AdigeMonte Baldo and Lago di Garda seem like very close. During the springy months there are lots of flowering of orchid in small clearings towards Molane. From this locality, near the top, you will descend along CAI trail toward Dolcè. Crossed the village and the railway you will reach the cycle lane on the left of Adige, going toward South and reaching Ceraino, point of departure.
